Various comprehensive lab Panels go deep into understanding whats going on inside your body. Our panel options are bio-marker deep dives allowing us to understand the body’s underlying functional ecosystem. These markers reveal how your cells are functioning and what standard labs may miss. Our provider starts with a comprehensive evaluation to order the necessary tests based on your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.

    • The above tests are available through our various lab partners. Each lab partner is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

    Depending on your tests, lab kits may be ordered to be collected in the comfort of your home (at home kits or scheduled with our mobile service), in our Yorba Linda office, or at a partnering laboratory location.

    GI-Map test:

    The GI-MAP (GI Microbial Assay Plus) is a comprehensive at-home stool test that uses quantitative DNA technology (qPCR) to measure gut microbes, digestive function, and immune markers.

    Core Components Tested:

  • Pathogens: Detects bacterial, viral, and parasitic causes of acute or chronic gastroenteritis.

  • Helicobacter pylori: Quantifies H. pylori and screens for specific virulence factors and antibiotic resistance genes.

  • Microbial Balance: Assesses normal commensal/keystone bacteria as well as opportunistic overgrowths, fungi, and yeasts like Candida.

  • Digestion & Immune Markers: Measures functional health indicators including secretory IgA (SIgA), pancreatic elastase, calprotectin (gut inflammation), and anti-gliadin (immune response to gluten).

    • Total Toxin test:

    The Total Tox Burden test by Vibrant Wellness is a comprehensive urine panel that measures heavy metals, mold toxins (mycotoxins), and environmental chemicals to evaluate a person's cumulative toxic load. It screens for nearly 90 markers to help identify hidden exposures linked to chronic symptoms.

    What the Test Measures:

  • Heavy Metals: Screens for 20 metals (such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic) that can build up in tissues over time.

  • Mycotoxins: Detects around 29 to 31 mold-related compounds originating from water-damaged buildings or food.

  • Environmental Chemicals: Assesses roughly 38 markers from everyday items, including pesticides, plastics (like BPA and phthalates), and industrial pollutants.
