About Precision Vitality
Precision Vitality Professional Nursing Corporation is a multi-specialty, concierge-style practice built on a simple but powerful belief that exceptional, personalized healthcare should never be one-size-fits-all.
We offer comprehensive evaluations and ongoing follow-up care across metabolic health, male hormone optimization, cellular medicine, and outpatient psychiatry. Every appointment is dedicated to understanding the full picture of your health — your symptoms, your impairments, your history, and your goals so we can build a treatment pathway that is entirely your own.
Our approach is root-cause focused. Rather than managing symptoms in isolation, we look at the interconnected systems of your body to understand why you feel the way you do and address it at the source. Care at Precision Vitality is multifaceted by design, because your health rarely has a single answer.
Every individual's journey is unique, and we meet you exactly where you are. When your needs extend beyond the scope of what we provide, we are committed to connecting you with the right specialists and resources — because your outcomes matter more than the boundaries of our practice.
We are genuinely honored to be part of your wellness journey and look forward to partnering with you.
Meet The Provider
My name is Julie Bellendir, and I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with practice authority in California. My path to founding Precision Vitality was not a straight line. It was shaped by nearly two decades of clinical experience, a deep curiosity about the root causes of illness, and a personal journey that changed the way I thought about our bodies and health. In 2006 I graduated from California State University Long Beach with my Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing. In 2006 I began my clinical career as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where I spent seven years caring for the vulnerable and often premature babies. That experience instilled in me a precision and attentiveness to detail that has defined my practice ever since.
I returned to California State University Long Beach and in 2012 I graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and obtained board certification (MSN, CPNP). During my neurology rotation, I discovered a deep passion for the neurodivergent population and that passion led me to my next chapter where I began working in an outpatient county contracted pediatric mental health facility. There I performed evaluations, ordered diagnostic tests, and managed psychiatric medications. I worked alongside psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists as every patient received individual therapy while on medications. As parents and family members would ask me questions about their symptoms and treatment, I desired to treat the entire family, in addition to the children.
That desire brought me back to California State University Long Beach to earn a Certificate on my Masters Degree and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner License (PMHNP-BC). After becoming board certified, I expanded my practice to an outpatient private practice setting treating ages 5-65 years of age. I continue to work in this setting today with tremendous fulfillment.
In August, 2024 my six-year-old son was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), a rare disease causing a large tumor on his T2 vertebrae in his spine. His treatment required 14 months of chemotherapy and antibiotics. As his mother and advocate, I dove deep into the research to better understand what we could do to support his body and restore what treatment had depleted. LCH has a high recurrence rate, and I wanted to learn all that I could to help his body be the healthiest with the strongest foundation going forward.
That search led me to study gut health, detoxification, metabolic function, hormone health and replacement, and cellular wellness. I completed courses and certifications to fundamentally expand how I think about health and healing. I obtained an advanced certification in Peptide Therapy from The Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute (SSRP). I also hold certificates of completion in the following NP Elite courses: The Anti-Aging and Advanced Peptide Course, The Advanced Men's Health & Testosterone clinical course, Men's Health Essentials: Testosterone Therapy & Clinic Success Course, and The Thyroid Optimization Course. With over 20 years of nursing experience, I started Precision Vitality to help others understand the root cause of their symptoms and build a plan that treats the whole person. At Precision Vitality, I integrate diagnostic testing, cellular optimization, metabolic health, male hormone optimization, and psychiatric medication management into one cohesive, individualized approach. For my psychiatry patients, this means we do not just manage symptoms with medication — we also explore the brain-gut connection and address the biological environment in which the brain operates.
At Precision Vitality, we believe that true vitality — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — comes from being deeply rooted in understanding your own biology. Rooted in a foundation strong enough to weather whatever life brings. My faith is the foundation of what I do. Jeremiah teaches us a tree rooted by the water does not wither under pressure, but it thrives. That is exactly what I want for every individual I work with: a body, mind, and spirit so well-rooted that life's inevitable stressors cannot deplete them.
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." -Jeremiah 17:7-8
